the elegance of contemporary European design. Creators of the project
used recognizable, global brands in crafting the decor, e.g.
B+B Italia, Minotti and concepts by designers such as Bec Brittain,
Michael Annastasiades and Jorge Zalszupina, a designer of Polish descent.

The structure of the building was designed by the legendary Daniel Libeskind, an architectural star and the author of, among others, the Jewish Museum in Berlin and the Ground Zero project in Manhattan.

This is the biggest name in contemporary
Polish design. The artist is known and appreciated
all over the world. Oskar Zięta’s projects can be admired in the best museums around the world,
including Pompidou Centre, the Vitra Design Museum and National Museums in Warsaw,
Krakow and Wroclaw. Now they will also find a home in one of the luxury apartments at Złota 44.

Złota 44 interiors represent a combination of carefully selected materials and high-quality appliances. These exclusive materials include, among others: American walnut and Nero Marquina marble.

Technology
The intelligent HMS system allows you to control many functions, including lights,
temperature, internal blinds and tilting window panels from
the control panel or your smartphone. This technology is characteristic of exclusive
metropolitan apartments.
The ZŁOTA 44 facade is the only one in Poland with a three-glazed panel system (TGU – Triple Glazed Unit), which is more effective in preventing the loss of thermal energy, significantly improving thermal insulation and reducing energy consumption. In addition, a special coating prevents excessive heating of the interior.

Eco
The building is the first one in Poland to have a façade made with Triple Glass Unit technology, heat loss. Additional sun control layer adjusts to the weather and filters the excessive solar rays, preventing the interior from overheating. Those two solutions alone lower the energy usage by 20%and reduce the overall carbon footprint. Elevation constructed this way also offers optimal acoustic isolation, making sure that Złota 44 residents remain undisturbed by the sounds of the city center. Air-filtering stationon the skyscraper’s roof uses mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation. It makes sure that fresh air collected from altitude of almost 200 meters is first cleaned of any unwanted particles and then pumped into apartments. The residents cancontrol the ventilation by mechanical tilting elevation wall panels. Water treatment systemis composed of special hi-tech filters. Residents are no longer dependent on plastic water bottles. It allows them to reduce waste and support the no-waste philosophy. The bicycle parking space includes 288 spaces. Eelectric car Smart Stationallows for two cars to be charged simultaneously. Home Management Systemhelps to integrate most apartment’s installation and optimizes energy consumption.
