Technology

Technologies of the Future

The intelligent HMS system allows you to control many functions, including lights,
temperature, internal blinds and tilting window panels from
the control panel or your smartphone. This technology is characteristic of exclusive
metropolitan apartments.

The ZŁOTA 44 facade is the only one in Poland with a three-glazed panel system
(TGU – Triple Glazed Unit), which is more effective in preventing the loss
of thermal energy, significantly improving thermal insulation and reducing energy consumption.
In addition, a special coating prevents excessive heating of the interior.

Eco

Eco-solutions

This apartment building is the first one in Poland to have been covered with a façade made in Triple Glass Unit technology, which prevents heat loss from the inside of the building. Moreover, a special solar control film that adapts to current weather conditions reduces the excessive amount of sunlight entering the rooms – consequently, they do not become too hot. These solutions have directly impacted the reduction of costs and energy consumption by up to 20% – consequently, the carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere were reduced as well. Such a façade also guarantees optimal acoustic insulation – the loud city centre does not disturb the residents of Złota 44.

Air filtration unit – located on the roof of the tower block. Its mechanical balanced air handling system draws fresh air at the height of almost 200 metres. The air is cleaned first, and then delivered to the apartments. The residents also can ventilate their apartments using mechanical pivoting façade panels.

The water treatment unit is equipped with special filters. As a result, there is no need to buy traditional plastic bottles with drinking water – consequently, the residents of the building contribute to the reduction of this type of waste.

Bicycle park with space for 288 bikes

Electric car charging station (Smart Station) allows to charge up to two vehicles at the same time.

HMS (Home Management System) – a smart home system that integrates the control of the majority of the apartment installations; it allows to optimise energy consumption.
