International journeys of ZŁOTA 44

ZŁOTA 44 has settled comfortably into the Warsaw’s landscape. However, its unique shape and exclusive interiors have also been appreciated abroad. Last year, ZŁOTA 44 was present, for example, at the MIPIM show in Cannes, won four awards in the prestigious European Property Awards competition and received much media interest across the world.

ZŁOTA 44 garnered intense media attention, including from the opinion-forming “Wallpaper” magazine, which cited Daniel Libeskind’s thoughts of ZŁOTA 44: “My mother grew up very close to here [ZŁOTA 44 – ed.] so how fantastic to come back and be able to do something forward-looking, something optimistic that is for the future of Poland”.

In November 2015, The Telegraph, in its Luxury section, hailed ZŁOTA 44 as a symbol of the changes happening in Poland. The author of the text notes that despite the fast economic growth and rising fortunes in Poland, Warsaw lacked truly luxurious buildings that would appeal to the most demanding buyers.

Less than a month later ZŁOTA 44 made it into the pages of the British daily The Times. Liz Rowlinson pointed in her article to the benefits for investors, who may count on high returns. Analysts forecast that the average return on an investment into ZŁOTA 44 may be as much as 5-6%, which is more than what is offered by similar projects in the West.

ZŁOTA 44 did not escape the attention of Ultra Primus, a magazine dedicated to the most exclusive properties. The magazine described the Libeskind’s iconic project providing details about the facilities to be put at the residents’ disposal, including the 25-metre swimming pool or the unique private cinema.

The Europe’s best apartment building, according to the European Property Awards, also reached more exotic countries: it was mentioned by The Gulf Time, Jerusalem Post, Khaleej Times or the Chinese Epoch Times. In any country, the publications strike a similar chord – ZŁOTA 44 has unique apartments in the heart of Europe, providing an excellent investment opportunity.
